Bord Gron 3: Gweledigaeth a Chynllun Gweithredu Newydd ar gyfer Un Gwasanaeth Cyhoeddus

Mae'r sesiwn hon yn crisialu gweledigaeth a rennir o'r hyn y dylai Gwasanaeth Cyhoeddus Cymru sefyll amdano ac yn creu cynllun gweithredu â ffocws ar gyfer Llywodraeth nesaf Cymru.

Bydd cyfranogwyr yn adolygu papur drafft sy'n amlinellu camau uniongyrchol ar gyfer newid a newidiadau system tymor hwy i ymgorffori ymrwymiad traws-sector.

Canlyniadau:

• Llunio gweledigaeth a rennir o'r hyn y mae Gwasanaeth Cyhoeddus Cymru yn sefyll amdano a sut y gall weithio'n fwy effeithiol i ddinasyddion.

• Llunio cynllun gweithredu sy'n amlinellu camau cyflym a newidiadau system tymor canolig a hirdymor y dylai Llywodraeth nesaf Cymru eu hystyried.

• Adolygu a mireinio papur drafft, sy'n amlinellu camau uniongyrchol ar gyfer newid a diwygiadau arweinyddiaeth / system tymor hwy sydd eu hangen i ymgorffori ymrwymiad traws-sector.

Roundtable 3: A New Vision & Action Plan for One Public Service

This session crystallises a shared vision of what a Welsh Public Service should stand for and creates a focused action plan for the next Government of Wales.

Participants will review a draft paper outlining immediate steps for change and longer-term system shifts to embed cross-sector commitment.

Aim: Create a unified vision and an actionable roadmap for the next Government of Wales.

Outcomes:

• Shape a shared vision of what a Welsh Public Service stands for and how it can work more effectively for citizens.

• Produce an action plan outlining quick wins and medium- to long-term system shifts the next Government of Wales should consider.

• Review and refine a draft paper, outlining immediate steps for change and longer-term leadership/system reforms required to embed cross-sector commitment.
